Your name, phone number, ZIP code, the appliance and what is wrong with it. Email, brand, model number and a preferred day are optional. We do not ask for your street address online; we get it when we call you.

Only to set up and do your repair. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.

The form is checked by our website (hosted on Cloudflare, which also runs a spam check called Turnstile) and sent to our inbox by email through Resend, an email delivery service. The website does not keep a copy. The email is the only record.

No advertising trackers and no tracking cookies. Any visitor counts we use are cookie-free.

If a booking does not go through, your browser keeps what you typed for this visit, so you do not have to type it again. It stays on your device.
