Questions people ask
What areas do you serve?
Charlotte and North Carolina towns within about 65 miles, including Concord, Huntersville, Matthews, Mint Hill, Indian Trail, Gastonia and many more. We do not serve South Carolina for now. Our areas page has the full list.
What appliances do you repair?
Refrigerators and freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and ranges, cooktops, microwaves and ice makers, from all the major brands.
How do I book a repair?
Call us at (980) 476-0720, or tap the appliance at the top of this page. Tell us what is wrong and your ZIP code, and we will contact you to set up a time.
What happens when you arrive?
We ask what you noticed, test the appliance, and find the part that failed. Then we quote the repair. Nothing gets repaired until you say yes. If you do not, that is your call.
Should I repair or replace my appliance?
It depends on the appliance's age, the kind of failure, and how the repair compares with replacing it. Pumps, igniters, belts, fans and valves are common repairs on appliances that still have plenty of life left. A failed compressor or main control board on an older appliance is where replacing can make more sense. Call us and we will help you decide.
Do you work for businesses, renters and landlords?
Yes. We work in homes and businesses. If you rent, check your lease first, because the owner is often responsible for appliance repairs. Landlords and property managers can book with us directly.
